From a young age, Dr. Ritika Dua was fascinated by the powerful connection between food and well-being. Growing up in a health-conscious household, she saw firsthand how simple, balanced meals could impact energy, mood, and overall health. This early curiosity soon grew into a deeper calling — to help others transform their lives through the healing power of nutrition.

Driven by this passion, she pursued advanced education in Dietetics and Nutrition, combining scientific knowledge with real-life insights. Over the years, Dr. Ritika has worked with people from all walks of life — from those battling health conditions like diabetes, thyroid, and PCOS, to new mothers, children, and individuals simply seeking to feel better in their bodies.
